Thanks to Youtube watchers, The Five Tibetan Rites passed 700.000 hits on YouTube. This video was made several years ago to inspire to practise the 5Tibetans, and no wonder also many other videos about the 5Tibetan exercises are so popular. Firstly, 5Tibetans are relatively simple to perform and can be practised by almost anyone with some modifications if needed be, secondly they DO work. However, to get the benefits of the 5Tibetans they ought to be practised daily for at least minimum of 9 months, and if sometimes time is an issue then they can be performed 7X instead 21X. The length of each rite and in between resting time will have to be adjusted accordingly.
