SPIRITUAL HEALING

We live in a world where control has become a way of living, we live strictly by the clock, daily patterns and a predicted future.

Our thoughts and actions are also subject to control through the society, media and the world in general. But the physical ‘daytime’ relative reality where we practice control is not the ultimate place where we find ourselves in. Out of 24 hrs we spend 7-9 hrs a day in sleep and in the dream state, where we may have little control over the places and the landscapes that we travel through.

We are aware that in the dream state, the physical reality is not and in the physical reality the dream state is not. But are there any differences between these two states?

Our involvement and attachment in this one sided ‘daytime’ relative reality causes a false identity and a disconnection from our higher-self consciousness which seeks freedom from the two contrasting states of perception.

If we can hypothetically imagine an ‘invisible axis’ with a focusing point between the day and the night, where two opposites i.e. light & darkness, positive & negative poles meet, where a day is not merely a day and a night a night, and they are not experienced as two separate states of consciousness, but one continuous consciousness outside the self-created relative ‘reality’ prison of time.
