The Five Tibetan Rites / Energy Rejuvenation Exercises I
The 5 Tibetan rites is an ancient exercise system from Tibet.
These exercises activate and stimulate the seven key energy vortexes or
chakras in the body, which in turn stimulate all the glands of the
endocrine system. They also enhance the innate energetic power
of the human body and mind.
For demonstration purpose each rite has been performed
12 times. The full nr. is 21.
Zhan Zhuang Chikung /Energy Rejuvenation Exercises II
Zhan Zhuang or “Standing like a tree” Qigong is a method of training
from Chinese Internal Arts, in which static postures are utilized to
develop strength, endurance, perfection of structural alignment,
groundedness and clarity of mind.
