BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Yaman Konuralp works in fields related to design, art, music, architecture and holistic exercises.
A Dipl. Architect AA AHODipl, Dipl. Hypnotherapist DHP ACMT, Reiki Master since 2004 in the Usui, The Medicine Buddha and SKHM-Seichim Reiki Systems of Natural Healing.
On the musical side, Yaman has played vocal percussion & traditional percussion instruments most of his life. Studied percussion briefly at Berklee College of Music in Boston, and with musicians in Turkey, Norway and UK. Continues to collaborate with world musicians and choreographers in live performances and participates in dance workshops with his vocal percussion innovations. In 1999 he became one of three finalists at the BBC’s “Wright Around World” Talent competition recorded by the BBC radio program.
Studied Meditation, Chikung and Yoga since 1988. Teaches internal energy cultivation exercises inspired by Tibetan, Ayurvedic & Taoist Healing principles.
A practitionar of TaiChi, WingChun and Taekwondo.
